COOKIE POLICY
This page describes the essential browser storage used by the Prime Boxing Gym website. Prime Boxing Gym is where strength, skill, and discipline come together. Train with experienced coaches in a motivating, high-energy environment at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004, United States. The site is a planning and contact tool for that gym floor. It is not an advertising network and it does not drop third-party tracking pixels for social campaigns. This policy explains what is stored on your device, why it is stored, and how you can clear it. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or raised by telephone on +12026289100.
What this site stores
When you first open a page, a short notice appears at the edge of the screen. The notice tells you that the site uses essential browser storage to remember your preference. If you choose Accept, the site writes a small value in local storage so the same notice does not reopen on every later page during the same browser profile. That is the only persistent browser storage the public site creates for ordinary browsing. We do not use that value to guess your ring interest, glove size, or whether you are a beginner, fitness or competitive fighter. We do not combine it with the contact form to build a marketing file. The flag does not record which session guide you read, which floor note you opened, or whether you later trained with Coach Marcus Hale. Local storage is kept on your device by the browser. It is not a membership card. Clearing it does not cancel a trial you already booked and does not delete a message already received by the Pennsylvania Avenue desk.

Remembers that the notice has been accepted so it does not reopen on every page. |
Why the key name looks technical
The storage key is a technical label used by the site script. It does not mean Prime Boxing Gym is a technology review desk. The key is kept so the notice behaviour remains stable for returning visitors. Changing the key would force every visitor to see the notice again even after they had already accepted it. The value stored against the key is a simple accepted flag. It does not include your name, email, phone number, or the ring you asked about. The script that reads this key cannot be changed for a seasonal rebrand, a new coach name, or a fresh session list. For that reason the exact string vtTechnologyReview_cookiePreference_v2 remains the storage name even though the public brand is a boxing gym in Washington, DC. Accepting the notice is enough for ordinary use of training rings, session guides and floor notes. Declining by ignoring the notice may mean the banner returns on the next page.
Contact form fields
The contact form also uses hidden technical fields for submission handling and basic spam reduction. Those fields are sent with the request and are not stored in the browser as cookies. They help the gym ignore automated messages that would otherwise fill the desk inbox and delay real trial requests from people who want to train with Coach Marcus Hale, Coach Elena Voss, Coach Dante Ruiz, Coach Priya Shah, Coach Jonah Blake or Coach Riley Quinn. A genuine visitor does not need to complete those hidden fields. Form fields that you type are handled under the privacy policy as a gym request. They are not written into the cookie preference key.
What we do not use
The public site does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that follow you onto other websites. We do not embed third-party video players that set their own cookies on these pages. We do not run remarketing tags. If that model ever changes, this policy will be rewritten before any new storage is introduced. Until then, you should treat the site as an information and request desk for the Pennsylvania Avenue gym only.
Browser controls
You can clear browser storage using your browser settings. The notice may reappear after storage is cleared. Clearing storage does not delete a message you already sent through the contact form. That message is handled under the privacy policy as a gym request. You can also use a private browsing window if you do not want the accepted flag to persist after you close the window. Doing so will not reduce the quality of the ring information on the pages, and it will not change the wrap, glove or timetable notes published for 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW. If the notice never appears, the page can still be read.
Children and junior sessions
Junior session enquiries should be submitted by a parent or guardian. The cookie notice and the essential storage key work the same way for every visitor. They do not identify a child and they do not store a junior fighter's age. Any age or guardian detail belongs in the message field of the contact form. The accepted flag is not consent for a photograph of a junior fighter, and it is not enrolment.
Questions
Cookie and storage questions should be sent as a policy question through the gym contact desk, by email to [email protected], or by telephone on +12026289100. The visit address is 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004, United States. Include the browser you used and a short description of what you saw so the desk can tell whether the notice, the stored flag, or a separate form issue needs review. If you believe the notice is blocking a genuine trial request, say so in the message and a coach will still take the placement by phone.
