FLOOR NOTES
Short planning notes for gear fit, pad-station layout and combo checks around the main training block.
These are coaching notes for the Pennsylvania Ave gym floor, not fight-night reports. Coach Dante Ruiz
refreshes them after every 8-week cycle so visitors know what to bring and how the floor actually runs.

PAD STATION LAYOUT BEFORE A BUSIER BLOCK
Combo quality can be limited by bag spacing, neighbour stations and recovery space before ring
size becomes the main issue. Keep 6 feet between stations and leave a clear walk-back strip
behind the competitive half of the floor.

FIRST SESSION COMPATIBILITY
A loaner glove alone does not confirm wrap fit, mouthguard comfort or whether a 75-minute
beginner block is the right first visit. Arrive 20 minutes early at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW,
Washington, DC.
