DISCLOSURE POLICY
This disclosure policy explains how Prime Boxing Gym describes paid memberships, trial sessions, coach relationships and partner arrangements on the public website. Prime Boxing Gym is where strength, skill, and discipline come together. Train with experienced coaches in a motivating, high-energy environment at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004, United States. Visitors should be able to tell the difference between coaching guidance, gym pricing and any commercial relationship that supports the floor. This page sets out those labels in plain language. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or by telephone on +12026289100.
Who operates the gym
Prime Boxing Gym operates the training floor, contact desk and public website at the Pennsylvania Avenue address. Marcus Hale is the head coach named on competitive placement and sparring clearance material. Elena Voss, Dante Ruiz, Priya Shah, Jonah Blake and Riley Quinn are employed or contracted coaches whose programmes appear in training rings, session guides and floor notes. When a page names a coach, that person is responsible for the described session type unless the page states otherwise. The gym is not a third-party booking marketplace. Payments for memberships and trials are made to Prime Boxing Gym unless a written confirmation from [email protected] says a partner is collecting payment for a specific event.
Trial sessions
A trial session is a paid or complimentary single visit arranged through the contact desk. If a fee applies, the amount is confirmed by email or at the desk before the date is reserved. Complimentary trials are offered only when labelled as such in writing. A trial includes the services stated in the confirmation, typically one seventy-five-minute block, wrap check and coach introduction. It does not automatically convert into a membership. If a trial offer on the site mentions a credit toward the first month, the credit amount and expiry date are stated beside the offer. Trial pages must not imply guaranteed sparring or bout placement. Competitive contact requires separate clearance from Marcus Hale or Riley Quinn after the trial, regardless of how positive the first session felt.
Memberships and pricing
Monthly memberships, block passes and ring-specific packages are commercial products. Prices quoted on the site or by the desk are in United States dollars unless another currency is explicitly stated. A membership description must list what is included, such as fundamentals classes, fitness boxing, or competitive sparring access, and what requires an upgrade or coach approval. Automatic renewal terms, freeze rules and cancellation notice periods are provided at sign-up and are not hidden inside training notes. If a member rate appears beside a session rating on the site, the rating describes member feedback on coaching quality, not a promise of competitive results. Discount codes distributed by the desk are valid only for the dates and programmes named on the code itself.
Partner and equipment relationships
Prime Boxing Gym may accept equipment support, retail referrals or event sponsorship from partners. When a partner relationship is active and mentioned on the public site, the mention is labelled as a partner offer or supported equipment note in the same section. Partners do not write session guides or floor notes unless they are also named coaches operating a session. A glove brand displayed on a poster in the gym may appear in a photograph, but that appearance alone is not treated as a paid endorsement unless this policy lists the brand as a current partner. Current partners, if any, are listed below in plain language with the type of support provided. If no partners are listed, no partner payments affect the editorial content on training pages.
Current partner list
As of the publication date of this policy, Prime Boxing Gym has no active paid content partners whose names must appear on session guides or training ring pages. Local equipment suppliers may offer member discounts at the desk from time to time. Those discounts are announced on paper at reception and in direct email to members, not disguised as coaching advice. When a partner arrangement begins, this section is updated before the partner name appears in a homepage banner, briefing strip or footer note. Ended partnerships are removed from this list within thirty days.
Ratings and member feedback
Session ratings shown on the site, such as the four-point-eight average on training rings, come from internal member logs collected after attended sessions. They are not purchased reviews and they are not taken from unrelated platforms. The review period and number of reviewed sessions are stated where the rating appears. Low scores are kept in the log and used to adjust coaching notes; they are not deleted to improve marketing copy. Members may opt out of follow-up rating messages by telling the desk.
Advertising on the site
The public site does not run third-party advertising banners, betting widgets or behavioural remarketing in the coaching sections. The cookie policy describes the limited browser storage used for the notice banner. If display advertising is ever introduced outside coaching pages, it will be labelled advertisement and separated from session guides. Paid social posts that link to the gym follow the same trial and membership labelling rules as the site.
Affiliate and referral links
Prime Boxing Gym does not use affiliate tracking links inside training notes or session guides. If that changes, each link will be marked referral link and this policy will name the programme first. Desk staff may refer members to local businesses for physiotherapy or equipment repair. Referral fees, if any, are noted here.
Questions and updates
