Prime Boxing Gym is organised around practical progress: what you want from boxing, which skills matter first, what to bring to the floor, and where confidence grows inside a real ring. Pages separate beginner fundamentals from competitive sparring and avoid empty hype. Head coach Marcus Hale and technique specialist Elena Voss keep groups tight, usually 12 to 16 fighters, so every round has clear cues, honest feedback, and room to improve on Pennsylvania Avenue.

GOT QUESTIONS?

A standard 75-minute session includes a 10-minute mobility warm-up, shadowboxing rounds, pad work or heavy-bag stations, footwork drills, and a short core finish. Beginners receive extra wrap and stance coaching from Coach Priya Shah. Competitive fighters can add controlled sparring after coach approval. The session is built to raise skill, fitness and confidence without rushing anyone into full-contact work before they are ready.
